Slab Turnover Device

Slab Tilting Machine is used to turn or tilt the slab for inspection: The overhead crane place the slab on loading and unloading stations. The cross transfer system takes the slab from the loading station to the slab weighing device and then to the grinding table. After the slab is grinded it is inspected. A cross transfer system takes the slabs to a joint slab tilting device.
This process is again repeated for the other side of the slab.

On completion of inspection of the slab it is again weighed and placed on the loading and unloading station. And then it is removed by the overhead crane.
