A compact adequately designed Electro Hydraulic System is provided for all its movement namely Rotating, Pulling, Pushing / Poking for up and down movement as well as reverse & forward movement through telescopic arm on its base for satisfactory operation of the poking machine. Mineral based hydraulic oil shall be used. Hydraulic flexible hose are used for smooth operation.
The design incorporates telescopic boom with vertical pushing Probe and a large bearing base for swing movement.
The REMSO Arm Manipulator is mounted on column support structure, which forward from a parking position to the Pushing position and retract to parking position. Cartridges will be replaced manually in the parking position besides the furnace.
