The Ladle Preheater is use for preheating of newly relined ladle, as well as online heating of circulating ladles, in horizontal or vertical position.The Ladles is placed (in Horizontal Position) on the floor & placed (in vertical position) over floor / RCC / Structural Steel pedestal.The system is made of a steel structure and an arm with a concave lid with a centrally located fuel-air burner to preheat one Horizontal Ladle. The internal surface can resist heat upto 1400C.The system must be equipped with protection and safety systems which interrupt operations, giving alarm, in case of lack voltage, lack of air/fuel pressure, lack of flame on purging before ignition
